Saju Global ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Saju Global service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

We collect the following information when you use our service:

  • Account information: Email address and name provided through Google OAuth authentication.
  • Birth information: Birth year, month, day, hour, and gender that you voluntarily enter for saju (four pillars of destiny) analysis.
  • Payment information: Transaction records processed through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card information directly.
  • Usage data: Service usage logs, IP address, and browser information for service improvement and security purposes.
  • Consent records: Records of your agreement to our refund policy at the time of purchase.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Saju Global service
  • To process payments and manage credits
  • To respond to customer inquiries and support requests
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent activity

4. Email Collection and Use

We collect your email address through Google OAuth for the following purposes:

  • Account identification and authentication
  • Service-related communications (purchase confirmations, refund notices)
  • Customer support

We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. You may request deletion of your email from our records at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication services (data stored in AWS us-east-1)
  • Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing
  • Anthropic: AI analysis (birth data is processed but not stored by Anthropic)

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Korea (PIPA): Right to access, correct, delete, and suspend processing of your personal information.
  • USA (varies by state): Right to know what data is collected, right to delete, and right to opt-out of data sale (we do not sell data).
  • Canada (PIPEDA/Law 25): Right to access and correct your personal information, and to withdraw consent.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your language preferences and UI settings. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via OAuth, and access controls on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
